Book a virtual general consultation with Zeste Immigration and get personalized advice from our qualified Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Our virtual consultations provide case-specific advice for your immigration needs, allowing you to discuss your situation, ask questions, and receive expert guidance without leaving the comfort of your home. NOTE: This appointment is not ideal for business/investor consultation and Final Application Review services or form/documentation review. For such appointments, There are specific appointment options to choose from. Make sure you make the right selection.
Cancellation Policy
Refund/Cancellation Policy (Except bundle appointments): Cancellations initiated with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur an administration fee, encompassing spot reservation and payment gateway/processing fees. The deduction amount may be up to 50% of the total payment, with the remainder being eligible for a refund. • Refunds or rescheduling cannot be facilitated for instances of no-shows, late entry to the meeting, client-side issues (including, but not limited to, network, technical issues, or time-zone confusion), or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time & date. • All appointments can be rescheduled by emailing us, the latest before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time & date. • There will strictly be no refunds after the completion of the online/in-person consultation. Please refer to the Initial Consultation Agreement. Bundle Appointments Refund/Cancellation Policy: STRICTLY NO REFUNDS at all, under any circumstances, regardless of whether the appointments are used or not. • No cancellations or rescheduling are allowed once the bundle is purchased. • All sessions within the bundle must be used within the timeframe mentioned in the package. • Refunds cannot be facilitated for instances of no-shows, late entry to the meeting, client-side issues (including, but not limited to, network, technical issues, or time-zone confusion). There will strictly be no refunds after the completion of the online/in-person consultation(s).
